To qualify, companies must:
\n–\tSubmit the required legal documentation \u2013 business registration certificate, business information, and tax identification number (fiscal number) certificate.
\n–\tProvide the necessary documentation regarding VAT (if they are VAT-registered entities).
\n–\tThe financial offer must include VAT.
\n–\tFor prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. –\tWarranty for the products offered
\n–\tGuarantee of product transport
\n–\tProduct samples based on the specifications
\n–\tThe offer must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of submission
\n–\tThe bidder must provide references\/contracts for similar work
\n–\tKS-Siguria reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies
\nBids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked \u201cOFFER FOR THE SUPPLY OF YEAR-END MATERIALS\u201d to the B&A premises in Hajvali, Prishtina (Diamond Residence Complex).<\/p>\n

Bids that do not include the complete documentation will not be considered.<\/p>\n
Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n
