To qualify, companies must:
– Submit the required legal documentation – business registration certificate, business information, and tax identification number (fiscal number) certificate.
– Provide the necessary documentation regarding VAT (if they are VAT-registered entities).
– The financial offer must include VAT.
– For prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. – Warranty for the products offered
– Guarantee of product transport
– Product samples based on the specifications
– The offer must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of submission
– The bidder must provide references/contracts for similar work
– KS-Siguria reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “OFFER FOR THE SUPPLY OF YEAR-END MATERIALS” to the B&A premises in Hajvali, Prishtina (Diamond Residence Complex).

The deadline for the submission of bids is November 6, 2026, at 15:00.

Bids that do not include the complete documentation will not be considered.

Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

KS-Siguria reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.
KS-Siguria reserves the right to select and order items separately from different companies, depending on the specific items and prices chosen.
